The kitchen makeover involved replacing an old and outdated counter, top removing cabinets in the living area, and replacing a portion of the hardwood floor.  The renovation was achieved by installing a white quartz countertop to contrast the dark tone of the wood on the cabinets and floors. After the cabinets in the living area are removed. The walls were restored to look good as new for future homeowners to customize according to their needs.

This unit had the most breathtaking views from this magnificent sub-penthouse of The Garden Residences situated in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Renovation within this suite involved converting a dark and impractical kitchen into a professional chef’s dream. Creating the space for gourmet kitchen appliances and customized cabinets. We also transform a plain bedroom into a floor-to-ceiling library with a luxurious murphy bed for visiting guests that change to a sophisticated desk space to save space. Lucullan redid the floors, installed new lighting, and built many custom features.

The neighborhood bear was finding its way through a weak point in the existing fence. He finds his way to raid nearby garbage bins and bring his discoveries to eat.  The newly repaired fence panels are now enough to keep the bear out.

The homeowner had two active kids and was extremely eager to move in, even before they had their dining table ready, they had settled in. With some aesthetic touches like the barn doors, golden sparkle on the quartz countertops, and custom lighting in each room, this place was their home. This was a very challenging rebuild that was located right beside a high-pressure gas line right of way. Not only did we have to work around this, but the utility was installed into the owner's property beyond the designated setback. We had to use a series of piling systems to ensure the home's foundation was on stable footings. On our end, we just make sure everything is done properly. From items like ensuring the tile is installed flat, to a high-efficiency furnace and on-demand hot water, Lucullan works with you to create the home of your dreams.

The project included adding in a walkthrough closet, redone kitchen with quartz countertop and modern appliances, completely renovated bathrooms with rain showers and freestanding soaker tub, tiled columns and walls, new designer light fixtures and LED potlights, a raised leather deck, and one of a kind epoxied concrete floors.

These duplexes were situated in a newly developed area. The set was built and sold to a property management company with basement suites to sublet and various rent-to-own leases with the principal tenants. Then the property management company worked with homeowners who stayed on the main floor, then sublet the basement to offset their mortgages. The building can have four streams of income from legal renters.
